Step 1: login as admin of the system and go to the "Company info"
HR can hire employee on a existing vacant position or create a new position

Step2: go to the Position Org Chart
Click to one Position:
Step 3: Add a new lower Level Position
Click to add lower level position, create a peer position or create a new position: and input information.
END: click save.
